Auxiliary duty Notification No. 518/86-Cus. Dated 30-12-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 49 of the Finance Act, 1986 (23 of 1986), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 312/86-Customs, dated the 13th May, 1986, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification - (a) Serial No. 157 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. (b) after Serial No. 284 and the entry relating thereto, the following Serial Nos. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- "285. No. 513/86-Customs, dated the 30th December, 1986. 286. No. 514/86-Customs, dated the 30th December, 1986. 287. No. 515/86-Custorm, dated the 30th December, 1986. 288. No. 516/86-Customs, dated the 30th December, 1986."
