Drug intermediates [Chapter 29] Notification No. 469/86-Cus. Dated 26-11-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 179-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1986, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, for Sl. Nos. 2, 5, 9, 13, 14, 16, 17 and 22 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. Nos. and entries shall, respectively, be substituted, namely :- "2. Isobutylpropionaldehyde"; "5. 4-chloro-2-aminodiphonylamine"; "9. 2-Aminodiazine"; "13. 3,4-dimethoxyphenylacetonitrile"; "14. 3,5-dibenzyloxyacetophenone"; "16. Dinitro-2-furaldehyde diacetate"; "17. 3-amino-2 Oxazolidine"; "22. Iminodivenzyl dibenzo (b,f) asepine".
