Certain intermediates for pesticides Notification No. 463/86-Cus Dated 18-11-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 12-Customs, dated the 17th January, 1984, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after Sl. No. 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "5. 2, 6 Diethyl Aniline Butachlor".
