Appoints Sh. Surendra Kumar Kaushik, an officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Services, as a Member of the Delhi Value Added Tax Appellate Tribunal

No F. 3(42)/Fin(T&E)/2008-09/J.S.Fin./361 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 73 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints Sh. Surendra Kumar Kaushik, an officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Services, as a Member of the Delhi Value Added Tax Appellate Tribunal, for a period of three years from the date of his joining after retirement from the present employment.
