Specified goods falling within Chapter 25 Notification No. 446/86-Cus., Dated 7-10-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 122/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against Sl. No. 1, for the entry in column (2), the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "Crude sodium borate and its concentrates, and colomanite including crude calcium borate".
