Components for manufacture of trawlers Notification No. 436/86-Cus. Dated 29-9-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 247/84-Customs, dated the 27th September, 1984, namely:- In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figure, letters and word "30th September, 1986", the figures, letters and words "30th day of September, 1988", shall be substituted.
