Goods imported for use in manufacture of sports goods Notification No. 429/86-Cus. Dated 19-9-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 68/80-Customs, dated the 1st April, 1980, namely :- In the Table to the said notification, against Sl. No. 1, in column (2), for the figures and word "39 or 54" the figures and word "39, 54 or 56" shall be substituted.
