Alloy steel excluding stainless steel and high carbon steel in prescribed forms Notification No. 421/86-Cus. Dated 26-8-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 88/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :- In the Table to the said notification, for Sl. No. 3, and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entry shall be substituted, namely:- (1) (2) "3. Cold-drawn products of solid section of any cross-sectional shape, of which no cross-sectional dimension exceeds 13 mm, whether or not coated but not insulated.".
