Auxiliary duty Notification No. 371/86-Cus. Dated 27-6-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 49 of the Finance Act, 1986 (23 of 1986), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. THE TABLE S. No. Notification No. and date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 1. 312/86-Customs, dated the 13th May, 1986. In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, after Sl. No. 238 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely : "238A. 364-Customs, dated the 20th December, 1985". 2. 314/86-Customs, dated the 13th May, 1986. In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, Sl. No. 54 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
