Re-importation of articles after repairs Notification No. 366/86-Cus. Dated 23-6-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. 204-Customs, dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely : In the first proviso to the said notification, for the brackets, letters and words "(e) Development Wing of the Ministry of Industry (Directorate General of Technical Development)", the brackets, letters and words "(e) the Ministry of Industry (Directorate of General of Technical Development)" shall be substituted.
