Gandhinagar declared warehousing station Notification No. 362/86-Cus. Dated 28-6-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares Gandhinagar in Gandhinagar District in the State of Gujarat to be a warehousing station for the purpose of setting up hundred per cent export-oriented units.
