Specified goods imported for anti-smuggling, operations Notification No. 361/86-Cus. Dated 19-6-1986 In exercise to the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. 207-Customs, dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely :- In the Schedule to the said notification, for Serial No. 1 and the entry relating thereto, the following Serial No. and entry shall be substituted, namely:- "1. Machines, appliances, instruments and equipments required for the construction of, or fitment to, or maintenance of, patrol crafts.".
