No. F. 3(11)/Fin.(T&E)2009-10/JSFin./420. - In exercise of the power conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 66 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), read with rule 47 of the Delhi Value Added Rules, 2005, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoints the following officers, with effect from the daft of assumption of charge to assist the Commissioner of Value Added Tax, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, in the administration of the said Act namely :-
