Exemption from payment of Foreign Exchange Conservation (Travel) Tax for pilgrimage to Katasraj in Pakistan Notification Number: 0150 Dated 12-02-1987 In the exercise of the power conferred by section 101 of the Finance Act, 1987 (11of 1987), the cental Govenment being satisfied that it is necessary and expendient so to do having regard to the purpose of foreign travel, hereby exempts from the payment of the whole of the Foreign Exchange conservation (Travel) Tax, leviable under Chapter V of the said Act on any release of foreign exchange for piligrimage to Katasraj in Pakistan.
