Amends notification no. 39/2009 - Constitutes Committees consisting of two Chief Commissioners of Customs NOTIFICATION NO 02/2010- Cus.,(N.T.), Dated: January 6, 2010 G.S.R. 11(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 39/2005-Customs ( N.T.) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R.307(E) , dated the 13th May, 2005, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 15, in column (3), for the word "Valsad", the word "Vapi" shall be substituted.
