Amendments in Notification No. 58/2009-14 dated 17.8.2010. (Export of Cotton) [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART II SECTION 3, SUB SECTION (ii)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE Notification No. 06(RE-2010)/2009-2014 New Delhi , the 30th September, 2010 S.O.(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3(2) of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 , and also read with Notification No. 26 (RE 2008)/2004-09 dated 22.7.2008 and Notification No. 44/2009-14 dated 21.05.2010 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Notification No. 58/2009-14 dated 17.08.2010 as under:- 2. With immediate effect, existing entries at para 3 of Notification No. 58/2009-14 dated 17.08.2010 shall be substituted as follows: " 3. The above shall come into effect from 1st November, 2010." 3.
