No.F.6(78)/Policy-I/VAT/2010/1828-38.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 49A read with Rule 27(5) of Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 I Jalaj Shrivastava, Commissioner (Trade & Taxes), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, do hereby Extend the dates for filing or returns in electronic form by the Quarterly & Monthly dealers for the quarter ending September, 2010 as under:-

Electronic filing of return by 28th October, 2010 and filing of the copy of the same with the Commissioner within further 2 days i.e. by 30/10/2010. No relaxation in date of deposit of tax shall be allowed.
