Appointment of Director, Software Technology Parks of India MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 29th October, 2010 S.O. 2685(E).— The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 2004(E), dated 8th August, 2008, appointing Director, Software Technology Parks of India, New Delhi to the Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zones:- In the said notification, following row mentioned at Sl.
