Amends notification no. 97/2009 - Goods imported under DEPB scheme - Exemption extended upto June 30, 2011 Notification No. 124/2010 - Customs New Delhi, the 15th December, 2010. 24 Agrahayana, 1932 SAKA G.S.R 977 (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 97/2009-Customs, dated the 11th September, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 663(E), dated the 11th September, 2009, namely :- In the said notification, in para 2, for the figures, letters and words 31st day of December, 2010 the figures, letters and words 30th day of June, 2011 shall be substituted; [F.No.605/41/2010-DBK] (Rajesh Kumar Agarwal) Under Secretary to the Government of India Note: The principal notification No.97/2009-Customs, dated the 11th September, 2009 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 663(E), dated the 11th September, 2009 and was last amended by notification No. 93/2010-Customs, dated the 14th September, 2010 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 753 (E), dated the 14th September, 2010.
