MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Company Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th February, 1997 Subject:- Central Government hereby authorise the following officers of the Securities and Exchange Board of India established under the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) G.S.R 94 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 621 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) and in supersession of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Department of Company Affairs) notification number G.
