Collection of Information from Companies Subject:- Notification directing certain classes of companies to furnish information to the Central Government SO 368(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 615 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs the following class of companies, namely : ( i ) All companies, each with paid-up capital of Rs. 50 lakhs or above as on 1-1-1988; ( ii ) All investment companies with paid-up capital of Rs. 25 lakhs or above as on 1-1-1988; and ( iii ) All companies registered under the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969 (54 of 1969), as on 1-1-1988; to submit information to the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry, Department of Company Affairs, in the form annexed to this notification within 30 days from the date of publication of this notification.
