Notification No. SO 750(E), dated 1-7-2004, Issued by ministry of company affairs Subject:- Amendment in Notification No. SO 125(E), dated 28-1-2004 S.O. 750(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Company Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) vide No. S.O. 125(E), dated the 28th January, 2004, namely : 2. In the said notification, for serial number 8 and entries related thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely : 8. J.K. Mittal, Delhi Member.
