MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY I . (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th December, 2011 S.O. 2793(E). Whereas, M/s. Dr. Fresh Healthcare Private Limited, a private organisation, had proposed under Section 3 ofthe Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Gurgaon in the state of Haryana; E And, whereas, the Central Govemment, in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 4 ofthe said Act read with rule 8 ofthe Special Economic Zone Rules, 2006 , had notified areas of 23 .429 hectares and 3 .2829 hectares to make total area as 26.712 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide the Ministry of Commerce and lndustry [ Notification Numbers S.O. 593(E), dated 17th April, 2007 and S.O. 3079(E), dated 3 I st December, 2010 respectively; And, whereas, M/s. Dr. Fresh Healthcare Private Limited has now proposed for the denotification of 1.378 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone and the Central Govemment after considering the said proposal has approved and conveyed it on 19th February, 2010 ; , And, whereas, the Central Govemment is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of Section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled; Now, therefore, in exercise ofthe powers conferred by second proviso to sub section (1) of Section 4 ofthe Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 ofthe Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby denotifies an area of l .378 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 25.334 hectares ofthe above Special Economic Zone, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely : Table Serial No. Name of the Location Survey/Rectangle Number Killa Number Area being denotified (in hectares) (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 1.
