To set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Village Ghamroj, Tehsil Sohna, District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana - S.O. 857(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th March, 2013 S.O. 857(E) - Whereas , M/s. Dr. Fresh Health Care Private Limited, a private organisation, had proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Village Ghamroj, Tehsil Sohna, District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana; And, Whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules, 2006 , had notified the areas of 23.429 hectares and 3.2829 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification numbers S.O. 593(E) dated 17th April, 2007 and S.O. 3079 (E) dated 31st December, 2010 respectively; And, Whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006 , had de-notified an area of 1,378 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification number S.O. 2793 (E) dated 14th December, 2011 ; And, Whereas M/s. Dr. Fresh Health Care Private Limited, has now proposed to include an area of 0.382 hectares to the above Special Economic Zone; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1)of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies an area of 0.382 hectares as part of the above Special Economic Zone, thereby making total area of the Special Economic Zone as 25.716 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely;-- TABLE Serial No. Name of Location Survey / Rectangle Number Killa Number Area (in hectares) (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 1.
