Amends notification no. 45/2001 CE(NT) dated 26-6-2001 - specifies the conditions, safeguards and procedures for Export under bond to Bhutan - 14 /2012 - Central Excise - Non Tariff

G.S.R.178 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (3) of rule 19 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002 , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification No.45/2001-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 26th June, 2001 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number G.S.R. 474(E), dated the 26th June,2001,namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (3), in clause (ii), for the word, figures and letters " section 11AB ", the word, figures and letters section 11AA shall be substituted.
