S.O. 2454(E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 , read along with Section 3(2) of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 , read with paragraph 2.1 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Schedule 1 Import Policy of the ITC (HS), 2012 in line with Customs Tariff schedule-2012. 2. The following tariff lines at 8 digit in Chapter 44 , 50 , 51 , 52 , 57 , 58 , 62 63 , which were omitted, are included as new entries to the ITC (HS) 2012 published vide Notification No. 111 dated 18.4.2012 .
