Appeal to Appellate Tribunal — Revision of fees, etc. — Section 69 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2004, effective from 1-11-2004 Notification No. 121/2004-Cus. (N.T.), dated 25-10-2004 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2004 (23 of 2004), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of November, 2004, for the purposes of that section.
