Amendment of Notification No 61/1994-Custom(N.T.) dated 21.1.1994 - 15 /2013 - Customs - Non Tariff

[To be published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 15 /2013-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi Dated the 31st January, 2013 S.O. 297(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue number S.O. 828 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994 (No. 61/94 (N.T.) Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994) , namely:- 2. In the Table to the said notification, against serial No. 8, in column (3) against item (b) relating to Airport Mangalore , for the entry under column (4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) Unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods . The principal notification No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994 was published vide number S.O. 828 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994 and was last amended vide notification No. 58/2011-Customs (N.T.), dated the 19th August, 2011 and published vide number S.O. 1935(E), dated the 19th August, 2011.
