Amendment of Notification No. 63/1994-Customs (N.T), dated the 21st November, 1994 – Appointment of Loksan, Nagarkata and Kulkuli as Land Customs Stations on India-Bhutan Border - 18/2013 - Customs - Non TariffExtract [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY PART-II, SECTION-3, SUB-SECTION (ii)] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) (Central Board of Excise and Customs) Notification No. 18/2013-Customs (N. T.) New Delhi, the 31st January, 2013 11 Magha, SAKA 1934 S.O.305(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 63/1994-Customs (N.T.) [S.O. 830(E)], dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:- In the said notification,- (a) in the opening paragraph, after the fourth proviso, the following provisos shall be inserted, namely:- Provided also that Loksan and Nagarkata are appointed as Land Customs Stations only for the import of Ginger, Orange and Cardamom and Kulkuli Land Customs Station is appointed for the import of Oranges only: Provided also that the trade through Loksan, Nagarkata and Kulkuli Land Customs Stations shall be allowed between the period of 1st day of August to the 31st day of March every year . (b) in the TABLE, against serial number 3 relating to the Land Frontier of Bhutan, in the entries under columns 3 and 4, after the existing entries, the following entries shall respectively, be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) (6) Loksan Road connecting Loksan bazaar in India to Bhimtar in Bhutan through Chengmari Tea Estate in India (7) Nagarkata Road connecting Nagarkata bazar in India to Jiti in Bhutan through Jiti Tea Estate in India (8) Kulkuli Road connecting Kulkuli bazaar in India to Lhamoizingkha in Bhutan . O. 830 (E), dated the 21 st November, 1994, and was last amended by notification number 68/2012-Customs (N.T.), dated, the 8 th August, 2012 , vide number S. O. 1767 (E), dated the 8 th August, 2012.
