G.S.R. 743(E) DATED 04/10/2011 Kisan Vikas Patra (Amendment) Rules, 2011 - Amendment in rule 13A In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Government Savings Certificates Act, 1959 (46 of 1959), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Kisan Vikas Patra Rules, 1988 , namely : 1. (1) These rules may be called the Kisan Vikas Patra (Amendment) Rules, 2011. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Kisan Vikas Patra Rules, 1988 , in rule 13A , the words "for a maximum period of two years" shall be omitted.
