Notification No. S.O. 904(E) Dated 25/04/2012 Public Provident Fund Account - Rate of interest on or after 1-4-2012 In pursuance of Section 5 of the Public Provident Fund Act, 1968 (23 of 1968) , the Central Government hereby notifies that the subscriptions made to the fund on or after the 1 st day of April, 2012 and the balances at the credit of the subscriber shall bear interest at the rate of 8.8 per cent per annum
