Adjudication of specified case Notification No. 146/2004-Cus. (N.T.), dated 23-12-2004 Commissioner of Central Excise (Adjudication), ACC, New Delhi appointed as Commissioner of Customs, ICD, TKD, New Delhi, Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata, Commissioner of Customs, Tiruchirapalli, Commissioner of Central Excise, Faridabad, Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad and Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Vishakhapatnam-II for adjudication of specified case In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise(Adjudication), Air Cargo Complex, New Delhi, to act as, - (i) Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi; (ii) Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata; (iii) Commissioner of Customs, Tiruchirapalli; (iv) Commissioner of Central Excise, Faridabad; (v) Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad; and (vi) Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Vishakhapatnam-II, For the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Vikrant Overseas, 7/3, Roop Nagar, New Delhi and Others issued, vide F. No. DRI/23/42/2003/DZU-Pt/3663-84, dated the 9th September, 2004, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B-4, 6th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, C.G.O.
