Commissioner of Central Excise (Adj.), ACC, New Delhi appointed as Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, TKD, New Delhi and Commissioner of Customs (Port), Chennai for adjudication of specified show cause notice 19th January, 2005 Notification No. 3 /2005-Customs (N.T.) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise (Adjudication), Air Cargo Complex, New Delhi, to act as, - (i) Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi; and (ii) Commissioner of Customs (Port), Chennai, for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Shree Durga Impex, D-135, East of Kailash, New Delhi and Others issued vide, F.No.DRI/23/42/2003/DZU-Pt/3353-68, dated the 3rd September, 2004, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B-4, 6 th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, C.G.O.
