Amendment to Notification. No.61/94(NT) dated 21.11.1994 Notification No. 107/2005-Customs (N.T.) 7 th December, 2005. G.S.R. 710 (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76 A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby specifies the Nokia Telecom SEZ measuring 85.375 hectares, at Sriperumbudur in the State of Tamil Nadu as a "special economic zone", subject to the condition that the total area of the special economic zone shall be increased to not less than hundred hectares within a period of two years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
