Customs airports and customs ports declared as place for transhipment [Notification No. 50/95-Cus. (N.T.), dated 6-9-1995] In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 54 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby specifies all Customs Airports and Customs Ports for the purpose of the said clause in so far as they relate to the goods for which such Customs Airports and Customs Ports have been so notified as per Section 7 of the said Act.
