The quantities of Stone Aggregate and River Sand stand revised - For the financial year 2006-2007 NOTIFICATION NO. 03/2006, DT. 03/05/2006 S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy - 2004-09, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends Schedule - 2 (Export Policy) of the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2004-09 as under: In Chapter 25 of Schedule 2, the following shall be added after export licensing Note (b) :- (c) For the financial year 2006-2007 (on annual basis) Stone Aggregate : 2,70,000 MTs River Sand : 3,00,000 MTs This issues in public interest.
