Amendments in Chapter 2 - Meat and Edible Meat Offal of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) NOTIFICATION NO. 30/2006, DT. 21/08/2006 S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments against entries at Sl. Nos.19, 20 21 in Chapter 2 of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import items, 2004-2009 as amended from time to time:- Existing Entry 19 02011000, 02012000, 02013000, 02021000, 02022000, 02023000 kg Meat of buffalo (both male and female) Free 1. Export allowed on production of a certificate from the designated veterinary authority of the State, from which the meat or offals emanate, to the effect that the meat or offals are from buffaloes not used for breeding and milch purposes. 2. Quality control and inspection under Note 3 and 4 respectively as well as condition stipulated at Note 6 above are required to be fulfilled. Amended Entry 19 (a) 0201 Kg. Meat of buffalo (both male and female) fresh and chilled. 02011000 Carcasses and half carcasses Prohibited Not permitted to be exported. 02012000 Other cuts with bone in. Prohibited Not permitted to be exported 0202 Meat of buffalo (both male and female) frozen 02021000 Carcasses and half carcasses Prohibited Not permitted to be exported. 02022000 Other cuts with bone in. Prohibited Not permitted to be exported. 19(b) 02013000 kg Boneless meat of buffalo (both male and female) fresh and chilled Free 1.
