NOTIFICATION

No. F. 101(344)/2005- Fin. (A/Cs)/1643-Consequent on the implementation of the Value Added Tax regime and enforcement of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004(Delhi Act 3 of 2005) in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt Governor of National Capital territory of Delhi is pleased to rename the sales tax Department as the "Department of Trade and Taxes".

This notification shall come into force with immediate effect
