The Central Government notified the Maulana Azad Education Foundation, New Delhi u/s 194A Notification No. 14 of 2003, dt. 15th Jan., 2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (f) of clause (iii) of sub-section (3) of section 194A of the Income-tax Act, the Central Government hereby notifies the Maulana Azad Education Foundation, New Delhi for the purpose of the said sub-clause.
