Amendment in Notification No. 06/2002-CE, Dt.01/03/2002 - Goods Used within Factory of Production for Mfr. of Ch. 71 Items - Exemption from Excise Duty 

NOTIFICATION NO. 41/2002-CE   DATED 19/08/2002

G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 6/2002-Central Excise, dated the 1st March, 2002, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, after S. No. 44 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :-

" 44A.	28	All goods used within the factory of production for the manufacture of goods falling under chapter 71	Nil	-	- ".
