Amends Notification No. 39/2005-Customs (N.T.) dated the 13th May, 2005 (Constitutes Committees consisting of two Chief Commissioners of Customs) [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) (CENTRAL BOARD OF EXCISE AND CUSTOMS) Notification No. 04/2008- Customs (N.T) New Delhi, 15 th January, 2008 . G.S.R. 30(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Board hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 39/2005-Customs (N.T.), dated the 13th May, 2005 namely:- In the said notification, in the Table for the serial number 33 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- "33 (1) Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai -III (2) Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai -II Air Cargo (Import) Mumbai, Air Cargo (Export) Mumbai, Customs (Airport) Mumbai, Customs (Preventive) Mumbai. 33A (1) Chief Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Pune (2) Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai-III Customs, Pune " [F.No.390/Misc/392/07-JC] Sachin Jain Under Secretary to the Government of India Note:- The principal notification No. 39/2005-Customs (N.T.) dated the 13 th May, 2005 was published vide number G.S.R 307(E), dated the 13 th May, 2005 and was amended by following numbers:- (i) Notification No.46/2005-Customs (N.T.) dated the 8 th June, 2005 vide number G.S.R. 382(E), dated the 8 th June, 2005.
