Amends notification no. 10/2008 Cus (NT) - Exchange rate notification for Import of / exported goods - Change in the rates of Swiss Franc and Japanese Yen [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, PART-II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (ii), EXTRAORDINARY] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE CENTRAL BOARD OF EXCISE AND CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION NO.29 /2008-CUSTOMS (N.T.) DATED THE 18 TH March, 2008 28 Phalguna,1929 (SAKA) S.O. (E). - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 14 of Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 10/2008-CUSTOMS(N.T.), dated the 26 th February, 2008 [S.O. 379 (E)] namely:- In the Schedule-I of the said Notification for serial no. 9 and Schedule -II for serial no. 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- SCHEDULE-I S.No. Foreign Currency Rate of exchange of one unit of foreign currency equivalent to Indian rupees (1) (2) (3) (a) (b) (For Imported Goods) (For Export Goods) 9. Swiss Franc 39.50 38.75 SCHEDULE-II S.No. Foreign Currency Rate of exchange of 100 units of foreign currency equivalent to Indian rupees (1) (2) (3) (a) (b) (For Imported Goods) (For Export Goods) 1.
