Amends notification no. 12/2007 - Inland Container Depots for loading and unloading of goods - 034/2008 - Customs - Non Tariff

NOTIFICATION NO 34 /2008-Cus.,(N.T.), Dated: 28, March 2008 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/1997 -CUSTOMS (N.T.), G.S.R. 193 (E ), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against the serial number 12, in column (3), after item (xi) and corresponding entry relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be inserted, namely:- (3) (4) " (xii) Madho Singh (Near Railway Station), District Sant Ravi Das Nagar Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods".
