Amends Notification No.63/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21 st November, 1994 - Land Customs Stations and Routes for import and export of goods by land or inland water ways New Delhi, the 10th April, 2008 21 Chaitra, 1930 (SAKA) Notification No. 36/2008-Customs (N.T.) S.O. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (c) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No.63/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21 st November, 1994, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 2 relating to Bangladesh, for the entry in column (4) against item 57, the following shall be substituted, namely :- (3) (4) Kolkata - Gede - Darsana - Dhaka F.No.550/02/2007-LC (T.K. Bandyopadhyay) Under Secretary to the Government of India Note : The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) vide notification No.63/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21 st November, 1994 and last amended by notification No.67/2006-Customs (N.T.), dated the 16.06.2006, S.O.916 (E), dated the 16 th June, 2006.
