NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 26th May, 2008 S.O. 1209(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 26th day of May, 2008 as the date from which the information technology/information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Information Technology Plot No. II-F/3, Action Area - II, New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal by M/s.
