NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 26th May, 2008 S. O. 1212(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the day of 2008 as the date from which the information technology and information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Jawaharnagar Village, Shameerpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad in the State of Andhra Pradesh by M/s.
