Amend in the Notification No. 12/1997 -CUS (N.T.), dated the 2nd April, 1997, Inland Container Depots for loading and unloading of goods [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA , PART-II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i).] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 68/2008-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi , dated the 5th June, 2008 15 Jyaistha 1930 Saka G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/1997 -CUSTOMS (N.T.), G.S.R. 193 (E), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, for serial number 6A, entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) "6A. Kerala (i) Arror Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods (ii) village Nattakom, Distt. Kottayam, Kerala Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods".
