NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 9th June, 2008 S.O. 1423(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 9th day of June, 2008 as the date from which the information technology and information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Plot No. 1, Sector Noida, Uttar Pradesh developed by M/s.
