Amendments in Schedule-I (Imports) to the ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2004-09 Notification No 19 (RE-2008)/2004-09 Dated: June 30, 2008 In exercise of powers conferred under section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule-I (Imports) to the ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2004-09: 1. The following shall be added at the end of Import Licensing Note no, (2) inserted at the end of Chapter 25 , vide Notification No. 17 (RE-2008)/ 2004-09 dated 27 th June 2007 : and Policy Circular No.13 (RE-08)/2004-2009 dated 30.06.2008. 3.
