Approved Special Economic Zone at 15, Shivaji Marg National Capital Territory of Delhi developed by M/s Shivaji marg Properties Limited NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 16th June, 2008 S.O. 1455(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 16th day of June 2008 as the date from which the Special Economic Zone at information technology/information technology enabled services sector at 15, Shivaji Marg National Capital Territory of Delhi developed by M/s Shivaji marg Properties Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 .
